We combine traditional forms of therapy like Oriental Medicine, Yoga, and Massage, with more modern techniques such as Functional Medicine, Neurofeedback, and Biohacking to best address the needs of our clients.

Primary Care
We provide personalized Western medicine including primary care services and prescription pharmaceutical management. Dr. Alberta specializes in chronic disease and elderly care, opioid addiction management, and healthy weight loss.
Nutrition & Herbs
Diet provides the foundational parts for the body's function. We work closely with our clients to address nutritional needs and improve the entire gut microbiome. Proper digestion is the cornerstone of robust physical and mental health.
Specialty Services
Our Nurse Practitioner, Nicole Loggins, provides specialty services on a monthly basis. Services include blood, hormone, and allergy testing IV vitamins, B12 injections, and Neuroptimal Neurofeedback training.
Acupuncture
We offer both private and community acupuncture designed to help you focus and recharge your energy. We address specific pain issues and internal conditions including issues with the immune system, digestion, headaches, anxiety, etc.
Massage
Our licensed therapists are here to help you relax and heal troubling aches and pains. We use therapeutic modalities including cupping and myofascial release. We also offer Reiki and other energy work.
Personal Training
Our instructors incorporate strength, flexibility, and balance to help optimize your posture and daily and/or sports-specific movement patterns. We offer one-on-one training as well as group classes and monthly memberships.
